At Home: Lettuce wrap + Buttered corn and carrots


Lettuce Wrap (serves 2)


  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • 1/4 Ground sirloin
  • Carrots
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oyster sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce

Let the fun begin:

  1. Saute diced carrots, chopped onion and garlic
  2. If veggies are ready, add the sirloin
  3. Add oyster sauce and little bit of worcestershire sauce
  4. Season with salt & pepper. Let it cook for about 5-10 minutes
  5. Separate the lettuce, clean in flowing water then let it dry
  6. For each leaf, place a spoonful of minced beef then roll the lettuce

Buttered corn and carrots (serves 3)


  • 1 can of whole kernel corn
  • Butter – I used Lurpak unsalted butter
  • Carrots

Let the fun begin:

  1. Melt butter in a pan
  2. Add carrots first, let it cook
  3. Add the corn
  4. Mix and serve
