At Home: Chicken Quesadillas

Serves 2-3


  • 4pcs Tortilla bread
  • Fillet chicken breast
  • Green bellpepper
  • Onion
  • Lots and lots of Cheese – you can use whatever you prefer :)
  • Banana ketchup
  • Sugar
  • Oyster sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pineapple (optional)

Let the fun begin:

  1. Saute onion and bellpeppers
  2. Add dice chicken fillet
  3. Add BBQ sauce – but since I do not have one, I remedied it with banana ketchup, sugar, oyster sauce, worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add half cup of water
  4. Season with salt & pepper
  5. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes
  6. On a separat pan, toast 1 pc of  tortilla bread with the filling you just made, add cheese on top and cover it with another piece of tortilla bread. Wait for about 30 sec then flip it over – toast depending on your liking
  7. Cut into desired slices
